There was an excellent assortment of pictures reflecting peoples varied impressions of what constitutes Scotland and all things Scottish.
This was followed by selecting some of the photographs to be submitted for the club's entry to the PAGB GB Cup photographic competition. This is an 'all digital' competition with traditional prints and slides being inadmissible, and reflects the growing popularity and, dare I say it, dominance of digital photography over the more traditional types.
The club's next meeting is on 11 February 2008 and the topic for the evening will be technical aspects of photography.
