28-08-09 Quaichs Presented to Teachers
Mrs Morag Allan and Mrs Valerie Conley received these gifts today in recognition of their loyalty and services to the school and children.

Between them they have given 50 years teaching to the Carradale Primary school and shall sadly be missed by all.

Keiran Dandy (front second from the left) the youngest pupil presented Mrs Conley with her quaich on behalf of Argyll and Bute Council,whilst Katie McMillan (centre of the middle row) the eldest pupil presented Mrs Allan with her gift.

The retiring teachers Morag and valerie are pictured with the pupils,Miss Lynn Galbraith and Miss Amanda Crawford who has taken up a new teaching post as a probationer at the school.

We wish the retiring teachers well and also Lynn in her quest for a new job.

Thanks to the Headmistress Mrs Ann-Marie Elliot and Sheena and staff for the refreshments which was enjoyed by all present.
