26-07-06 Harbour Open Evening
[RNLI Fun Day]This year's Harbour Open Evening will be on Friday, 4 August 2006, starting at 5pm on Carradale Pier.

Amongst the attractions will be burgers, drinks, a bottle stall, children's fun and games, and a visit from Campbeltown lifeboat. Proceeds will go towards the RNLI.

Meanwhile elsewhere around Carradale and up and down Kintyre the way-markers have been popping-up for Scotland's latest long-distance walk, The Kintyre Way.

The official opening is on 12 August 2006 and full details of the route and latest news can be found on the official Kintyre Way website.

A tremendous amount of time and effort has gone into planning and organising the walk and we look forward to its success in this and future years.
