At the 61st Kintyre Drama Festival held in Campbeltown Grammar School on Thursday 18th February the Carradale group came out triumphant as overall winners and also taking the Best Production.
Their play was Our Branch In Brussels by David Campton.Director and Stage Manager was Tony Leighton.
The local drama club were up against other players from Campbeltown's Accent Players,Peninver Players Drama Club Juniors,Peninver Players Drama Club,Lochgilphead Drama Club,Lochgilphead Drama Club (team J) and Tarbert Academy Drama Club.
Cast:Mrs Jane Bee-Sue Stansfield,Effie-Lyn Galbraith,Daisy-Joanne Paterson,Miss Felicia Laurelle-Pauline Burrows,Mrs Maud Hardie-Shelagh Cameron,Miss Beatrice Endicott-Morag Allan.
