25-02-05 Birthday Celebrations at The Glen

The Glen Bar & Restaurant are celebrating their First Birthday on Saturday 5 March, 2005.

This marks their first year since the re-opening after an extensive re-fit by Penny & Sue. I gather the festivities start at 8pm (adults only) and there are free victuals available - you have to buy your own beer!

Let's make it a night to remember!

Co-incidentally this week sees Stella Artois join the ranks of draught beer/lager available at this venue, and the installation of possibly the largest Tennants pump in Christendom!

Excellent photography and great up to date info on the website, maybe I am a bit biased as I have a caravan up at at bobby's site. Will be up in 3 weeks looking forward to the fantastic scenery, and of course the friendly locals.
