Yes, it's that time of year again when mad people get up at the crack of dawn to do a sponsored walk in aid of cancer charities, and now you can do your bit, too!
Scheduled for a 5am start at the Network Centre on Sunday, 22 June 2008, the walk will take in 6 miles of the Carradale Forest.
Funds raised will go to MacMillan Cancer Care and the Mairi Semple Fund for Cancer Relief and Research.
To enter the walk and receive your sponsor form please send a stamped/addressed envelope together with a cheque for the £5 registration fee to:
