Bill Stickers, Carradale's phantom bill poster (gender unknown), has been at it again. This time it is The Goat that bears the brunt of his (or her) chagrin.
Ho hum. Perhaps it was the reference to 'wee' in one of my earlier entries that struck perhaps a little close to home?
The Goat's identity is very thinly veiled and pretty much anyone with a bit of savvy and access to the internet should be able to work out his identity within just a few minutes.
