Arriving in Carradale yesterday (Sunday) and not as posted already Christian spent the night at our local Firestation were he had a warm bed and hot shower.Waking up today fresh and willing to go despite the wet and windy weather he packed up and left.First walking to the pier for a photo he then headed up the Kintyre way walk and exited on to the B842 at Grianan heading for Tarbert.I caught up with him later six miles north for a quick photo shop in the pouring rain and wind.Looking cheery we said our goodbyes,gave him a Carradale christmas card I had made and he strolled off.We shall probably may bump into him on our travels later in the year.
I think he has a invitation to have Christmas dinner in Tarbert which is a nice gesture.
