Staff and children from Carradale's Pre-School Nursery went up to Glasgow last week to receive a prize for their entry in a national competition. The competition was organised by the West of Scotland Race Equality Council and was to design a poster. The competition was open to children of all ages across Scotland and so the pre-5s did really well to be become joint runners up in the Argyll and Bute section. Meanwhile this coming Saturday, 25 March 2006, pupils are holding a 'Coffee and Carwash Afternoon' between 2pm and 4pm at the school. Perish the thought that we should forget Mothering Sunday this coming weekend. If you're stuck for ideas The Carradale Hotel have put together a special lunch menu for the day. Advanced booking is required. |
