19-11-11 Charles And Mark Marching On
The chaps do it again for Erskine.
They worked it out at about 22 miles for the hike from Campbeltown War Memorial to Carradale War Memorial via the Kintyre Way route, but ended up doing 27 miles due to a slight deviation on one of the spur roads at Bord a Dubh, the head of the Lussa Loch. Not to worry, with plenty of energy left the lads came marching into the village with a applause from family and friends just before darkness began to fall. After a few pics all gathered in the Cruban Bar for a few refreshments, soup and sandwiches and a chat over the days event.Well done to them both on another fundraising walk with hundereds of pounds have been raised, final amount at a later date when all gathered in.
