19-06-12 Beach Clean June

Update on monies raised and charities who will benefit.

Carradale Bay beach clean June 2012 (see post 9.6.12).

Hi Johnny

We have just received a cheque for £155 from the Grab Trust.

I have provisionally split the money
£65 Marie Curie - cancer care charity
£65 Shelter – housing & homelessness charity
£25 Horseworld Charity – a charity for horses to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome them.

The money will be paid into a Home-Start account and then sent out to these charities asap and all receipts etc will be available for all to see x

Any thoughts on this?
