Organisised by Pamela Galbraith, Carradale played host to Noufest over the weekend of 10-11-12th May.A celebration of the life and work of writer Naomi Mitchison.Friday,day one was the introduction and opening ceremony conducted by Alan walker.The three days will include talks,plays,dances and live music with locals,visitors,invited guests and the Mitchison family.On display for the week were panels depicting Naomi's life and writing.A lot of work and effort was put into this event and thanks go out to the organisers,contributors and entertainers for making this a success.The show goes on with a tour of the country.
