E-mail this morning from the Hall Secretary Kate Trott.

David Mercer had been to see her the previous night to say that the audited accounts would not be available for the EGM since both auditors are away this week.The committee meeting will go ahead tonight at 18.45 but the EGM is cancelled until they can fix another date.

Do they need the auditors to be present?? I would have presumed that if they were balanced and signed by the auditor's that would have been sufficient,but then it may not be the case!!!
