| A quick update on news from the village school, shamelessly nabbed from the latest newsletter. After School (Rievers) Club ends for the year this Friday, 15 Dec 2006. It'll restart in the New Year on Monday, 8 Jan 2007. The younger children from Creche and P1, P2 and P3 will be having their school Christmas party on Monday, 18 December 2006 starting at 1:45pm. ![[Carradale Christmas]](../clips/xmas6.gif) | There'll be a special Christmas lunch for the children on Thursday, 21 December 2006 for all pupils, including the nursery. This will be either a buffet or traditional Christmas dinner. The cost for this is £1.55 per child. The Christmas Concert is being held on the evening of Wednesday, 20 December 2006, at 7pm. The children need to be at school by 6:45pm and there will be a creche available. If you can't make the actual concert then the dress rehearsal will be on Tuesday afternoon, 19 December 2006, at 1:45pm and you're welcome to attend. The school will close for the Christmas holiday at 2:30pm on Friday, 22 December 2006, with the closing service at 11am that same morning. School will re-open on Monday, 8 January 2007. |
