Charles McMillan and Mark Charlwood completed their sponsored walk along the shoreline from Skipness Memorial to Carradale Memorial in aid of ERSKINE HOSPITAL.
The two completed the task in eight hours fifty five minutes covering 19 miles of shore walk.The chaps said it was a bit tough going on some stretches with the ground very wet and boggy after the recent bad weather.They were met at the War Memorial by family and friends.
Sponsor sheets were in local shops and a total raised will be posted later.
I met up with the chaps at Grogport (first pic), Charles and Mark nearly there on the Shore Road and at the Carradale War Memorial with Gloria Siggans..........Click on pics to enlarge.
