08-03-05 Birthday Celebrations
Two significant birthdays have been celebrated in the village recently.

First and foremost, Mary Neilson celebrated her 100th birthday at Abbeyfield with family and friends. Congratulations to Mary and may she have many more.

Secondly, The Glen Bar celebrated it's first 'birthday' after re-opening following a complete re-fit last spring. Penny & Sue laid-on free curry and hot-pot for the revellers and a good time was had by all.
