| MC for the night was 'Lucky' John McF, with horse-trading being handled by the bookies' favourite Neil T. --> The horses were auctioned-off before the start of each race, with the lucky winning owner taking away the prize for that race. Ironically it was hairy hound Hamish who went home with one of the best prizes of the night: a gorgeous silver bracelet by local company Wallace Hunter. Betting was brisk throughout the evening but more than ably managed by the lovely ladies at the Tote desks.
