[Carradale Duck Race]On a day when the weather is only fit for ducks it's probably a good time to bring up the annual Duck Race, held a couple of weekends ago.

Always a lot of fun, this year there were 340 ducks taking part in the race down the Carradale Water at Waterfoot, with around 300 spectators and sponsors joining in to make it a great afternoon.

As a result a truly superb total of £4850 was raised for Saddell and Carradale churches.
