Donna 1940-2020.

Today we will all say goodbye to Donna. Donna’s funeral will take place on Tuesday, 2nd June. We will be leaving Duncrannag at 1pm going along the main road through the village to Brackley. Family, friends and neighbours are welcomed to pay their last respects to Donna along this route but please remember to observe strict social distancing. Well, that’s me away now (after a trial run last year). Timed it perfectly with no fuss, just the way I like it. I’d like to thank everyone who has taken the time to visit and chat and keep me going since I embarked upon my solo existence. Especially my family who ensured I was well fed, dressed and entertained. Thanks also to everyone at Campbeltown Hospital who looked after me so well and where I was sarcastic and quick witted right up until the very end. That’s just me, what you see is what you get, no social climbing and remember it’s MAC and call me Donna! I told you I’d be deid before Rangers won the league and I’ll leave you in the safe hands of Nicola. Tonight at 8pm, raise a glass (nice malt) to me and the NHS. Over and out.
