31-08-06 Long and Winding Road
[Road to Waterfoot]OK well it's not that long but it is a winding road - the road from Dippen Bridge down to Waterfoot.

This has been in a terrible state of repair for some time now but at long last the council have re-surfaced it, and it's now as smooth as a Bochan's bottom.

It'll be interesting to see how it fares over the winter months but fair dues to Argyll & Bute Council for getting on and doing the work.
Can anyone identify this freaky-looking beastie for me?

It was spotted sunning itself on the wing mirror of my Landrover this morning and is about the size of a penny piece.

For a while now people have been asking if there's an easier way for them to leave comments to what appears here, other than to email them.
