What stunning views we had of last night's full Moon over Carradale.
The September full Moon is known as the Harvest Moon and both last night and the night before we enjoyed clear skies above the village, and marvellous weather for star-gazing.
The picture to the right was taken this morning at around 6:45 as the Moon was setting behind Sron na Sean-mhathaire.
It was also (I think) the first frost of the Autumn, calling for the scraping of car windscreens and much cursing on the way to work for many, no doubt.
![[Cool Ducks]](../clips/glasgow_duck_race.jpg) | Last weekend's Duck Race raised a whopping total in excess of £4000, or so I'm told.
We certainly had a great time and the weather was again kind.
Looking forward to next year already! |
