[Carradale AFC]Success for Carradale AFC when they played The Kinloch.

In a pre-season friendly the Carradale football team beat Kinloch AFC with 9 goals to 2 last Friday evening.

With just a few weekends to go before the Campbeltown and District Amateur Football League 2008 season gets underway this was a good opportunity to get the players out and up to speed, for what promises to be a great season.

The cricket team were also playing this weekend, with a match against a team from Cairdow on Sunday.

Carradale lost on this occasion but hopefully will build their strength as the summer progresses.		[Carradale Cricket Tea]

This is a cross-country relay run following the route of the Kintyre Way between Tarbert and Campbeltown, and which will come through Carradale.
