At the corner of Broomfield this garden was established by Geoff and Mary Page, They maintained it for years then had to give up that work hoping someone would take on the responsibility which someone did for a time.Sadly it got a bit overgrown and two local ladies Sheena Ramsay and Brenda Buchanan and with a little help from myself gave it a good going over as you can see from the photo's.You can now sit down on the benches without getting torn by the briars as commented by some passing visitors.A further cut back on the back shrubbery will be done later on and some planting of flowers/shrubs.If anyone has any cuttings/bulbs spare please get in touch with the ladies or myself.
