19-02-06 Lazy Sunday Afternoon
We woke this morning to clear blue skies and a frosty covering, but this soon melted away and we spent a couple of very pleasant hours down on the beach with the kids. There are quite a few visitors in the village at the moment - Some are familiar faces and others are visiting for the first time.

The schools are on half-term holiday now and so a few days of good weather will help keep the kids amused.

Exercise Neptune Warrior (061) is underway in the waters around Kintyre. There are lots of Dutch marines in the area as well as naval vessels of several countries. We're hoping to see some interesting ships in and around Campbeltown and offshore.
