Whilst I've been away we've had the Easter Bunny Hunt up at Deer Hill, organised by the forestry. This is always a popular event and I'm pleased to hear that it was once again very well attended.
Other news around the village is that The Ashbank Hotel has, or will very shortly, be changing hands. The new owners hope to be in-situ by June of this year. More details as and when they become available, but I'm sure we'll all wish them a warm welcome to the village.
Carradale Play Park Committee will be holding their AGM shortly, on 1 May 2007 at 7:30pm in the Pavillion. Everyone is invited to attend.

His name is Fidel and he's not quite a year old. He's a gorgeous ginger tom and very friendly.
If you think you might've seen him recently please let us know, and we'd be very grateful if you'd just check he hasn't managed to get himself locked in your shed or garage.
