11-08-11 Two Men Tackle The Kintyre Way
Rob and John running the Kintyre Way in one day.

This Saturday to mark the 5th anniversary, Rob Reid and his friend John Kennedy plan to run the entire 88 miles of the Kintyre Way route in one day (which has not been done before).The walk has growen in popularity over the years with the annual relay,ultra runners and walkers alike.As you will see from the timetable both runners are starting off at Dunaverty Southend, running north and finishing at Tarbert quaylate that night all going well.Look out for both runners,they will have a short stopover at the Network Tearoom were i hope to catch them for some photo shots and further up in the hills.Best of luck to you both.
