Angus Watt, 11 year old grandson of Margaret and Fraser Watt,Carradale is attempting to cycle from his home Kilmalcolm in Renfrewshire to Carradale via Arran, a distance of approximately 40 miles.Angus will be accompanaied by his dad John throughout the two day cycle (overnight stop in Lochranza).
Angus is raising funds for the MYOCARDITIS FOUNDATION after his aunt Karen (Margaret and Frasers daughter) died from this condition earlier this year, aged 47. He begins the Sponsored Cycle today Friday 10th August and hopes to arrive in Carradale tomorrow Saturday 11th August so be on the lookout for the pair and cheer them on.
