04-06-07 Weekend Round-up
Wet weather kept all but the most die-hard of spectators at home for yesterday afternoon's football match up at the Wellpark Field.

This was Carradale AFC's first home league match of the season and they carried it off with an 8 - 1 win against Davaar AFC, from Campbeltown.

A steady supply of hot snacks and drinks helped keep dampened spirits at bay and raised more than thirty pounds for the Zambia fund.		[Carradale AFC]
