[Tapas at The Ashbank Hotel, Carradale]It's Tapas Time at The Ashbank Hotel next month.

Tapas, for the uninitiated, refers to a style of Spanish cooking involving lots of delicious small dishes - typically of fish, meat and vegetables - and is perfect for sharing with friends.

The Tapas Night will be held on Friday, 18 April 2008 and costs £14.99 per person.

Booking is definitely recommended.
